Free Places:
The conference is FREE to all Regional Operators & Regulators as listed in the pricing options on this page. Free attendance ONLY applies until the 28 May 2013.
Multiple* booking discounts:
Multiple* booking discounts will only be valid for delegates from the same company when booked as a group at the same time. All fees include lunch, refreshments and conference documentation
Payment Information:
Payment should be made by cheque, credit card in euros. Cheques should be made payable to Informa UK Ltd. Payment must be received by 28/05/2013 in order to secure your place. Please quote the delegate name and the event I68GR as a reference on all transactions.
Cancellations:
If you should cancel a conference registration before 28/05/2013 you will receive a refund less a cancellation charge of €150 for all Regional Non-Operator, International Operator and International Non-Operator bookings.
We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. We welcome substitute delegates at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.
